down to 269.5 today, this diet is easy to follow and this is suppose to be the hard part. have some recipes I hope to add today. Also did a salt water flush after detoxing for 7 days to help clean out the colon.

started the fat smash diet on 10/5/2006 weighing 282.5 I am still in the detox phase until 10/13/06 I gave lost 11 ponds in the 5 1/2 days so far and am at 271 # This is the best diet we have tried yet.
