Married with two kids a girl in middle school and a boy in high school. Stopped exercising and watching my weight and blew Up to 250lbs. Found the keto plan I lost thev50 pounds that I needed to get my ideal weight . I lost it over 4-5 months by Being strict with the daily 20g of carbs. I recorded everything I ate using FatSecret.com and the weight fell off. Now it’s just a matter of watching the food I rate, the portions I eat and staying active. I’m never hungry and I Never deny myself the foods that I like. I basically live by the motto “it’s not what you eat occasionally, rather it’s what you eat most of the time.
