just 1 sip of pop today. Very proud of myself. I went on my treadmill and did 2 miles. It is a start!

Very upset with myself. I lost 42 pounds last year and now here I am almost back to where I started. I need to get back on that horse. So hard though when we have about 7 feet of snow outside.
I want to lose 20 pounds by the of May! That is my goal!!!

I feel so much better when I follow a healthy diet and exercise everyday. I took a few weeks off and all the while I was paranoid that I was gaining it back, which i wasn't, but I couldn't sleep as good. I couldn't get out of bed easy, i was tired and i wanted to sleep all the time. I also noticed my belly getting bigger.
I have been working out everyday for a week now and i sleep good, can get up with out feeling tired and my pants are fitting better. Just shows you that being healthier is such a benefit rather than just making excuse.
