Well, today is the day that I am going to re-instate my gym membership!!!!! I haven't been to the gym since I found out I was pregnant! My baby is now 3 months and I have had enough of making excuses! I used to work out at least 5 days a week and I enjoyed it but then I got pregnant and thought that was a ticket out for some reason (next time I promise I won't be so foolish). Well, I have a meeting with the manager after work and that is that I AM BACK!!!!!! GOODBYE FAT ME AND HELLO HEALTHY ME!

So this week I followed my plan fairly well. I went over a bit on Sunday but I figured I would just use my flex points. Me and my friend Maria are officially in competition mode!!!! This week was the motivation I needed to keep me going and make me feel like this is all worth it. Today is the start of my "Born to be Wild" challenge as well and I'm in a very good frame of mind so I'm ready and Green Team is going to win!

Only five days in and I think I have done fairly well! It's not easy trying to eat when you have a 2 month old that seems to wake whenever you are hungry. I admit that i don't get all my food groups in but at least I'm not eating as much as I was before and not the same crap. I think the other stuff will come later-one step at a time!
