I've said this before, but really now I have hit the bottom of this 3 week losing streak. These next 5-10 lbs are going to be a struggle, but with the gym opening and tae kwon do starting I am ready for them! I also finished my first skirt and it turned out super cute!

Its my birthday and I am less than 130 lbs! there will probably be a bump up this weekend since I am going out to lunch today, having cupcakes and cheesesteak tomorrow and a steak dinner saturday- but I'll try to fill up on salad and fruit the rest of the day to keep within my budget :)

For me these last 10 pounds have been transformation. My tighs have slimmed, my stomach is flat and the arm giggle is waning. It took over a year but I finally have back my pre-college body and with it a renewed motivation to love it, show it off and take care of it. suddenly I find that I am not embarassed in the gym or dreading a workout, but excited to get in the best shape of my life to hold unto this silhouette and health as long as I can. A few more pounds and I will reach my down 30 lbs goal where I was at 16 - kicking butt and taking names :) When the school gym reopens next week I am signing up for a couple personal training sessions to get exercises and meal plans to re-build and re-shape myself stronger than ever!
