insanity fit test 2! i didn't throw up even once!
results:
switch kicks 131 (pretty decent)
power jacks 53 (not bad)
power knees 86 (pretty alright)
two-three minute break
power jumps 37 (not so great)
two-three minute break
globe jumps 11 (not especially nice)
two-three minute break
suicide jumps 16 (pretty tolerable)
push up jacks 29 (as bad as my pushups are)
low plank oblique 69 (not awful)

started insanity yesterday. here are my fit test results with commentary on form:
switch kicks 104 (pretty low)
power jacks 45 (pretty shitty)
twenty minute break which included an unexpected purge (eww)
power knees 71 (slow as fuck)
power jumps 33 (goddamn awful)
ten minute break for the further regurgitation of dinner (jesus christ)
globe jumps 8 (loouuusy)
suicide jumps 10 (fucking terrible)
five minute break (ugh)
push up jacks 3, then scary ankle click.(maybe should stop?) replay: 17ish. (impotent)
low plank oblique 42 (pathetic form)
today i did not throw up even once! i got through the whole first tape without even pausing it, just keeping up as best i could and doing the moves in slow-mo with good form if i felt too awful.
GOTTA START SOMEWHERE YEAH.
