I have been busy at work and have not been able to go shopping. so, gas station food is well hard to find keto food. tomorrow. after I go shopping and start cooking keto food. I will have a better bookkeeping of the foods I will be eating. also I am still understanding how calculate and keep track of my macros. side note: cutting g sugar and eating fat has me feeling good. I have more energy. as I ramp up the intermediate fasting and keto, I expect I will enjoy it. I am going to be doing one meal a day(OMAD) fasting protocol with keto. weigh in later, expecting maybe one pound loss or non.
