ok. i am actually almost a half pound lighter than what i posted, but i'll leave it at 130, b/c i know that .4 of a pound will come back right away anyhow...no point watching the line go up if i don't have to, right? but inside i'm ecstatic that i hit into the 120's...i don't remember the last time that happened...likely 5 years ago for about a week. ha ha...the last time i was in the 120's for any amount of time, puts me at about 17 or 18 yrs old...so i'm feeling really good right now :) i am amazed at how well this diet works. its almost been a year since i got serious about doing this diet and even tho i've hit my goal weight now, i will definatly keep this as a way of life. i know it seems hard to begin with, and trust me, this last week i faultered a lot more than i'd like to admit, but overall, it works!!! I also realize there is a lot to be said about giving yourself a little lee way and then jumping back to phase one. I was kind of plateued for a while but the eating relatively normal ( phase 3 or worse *gasp* ha ha ) for the most of the month and then doing a week of phase one at the end to get things back on track has really helped. thank you to everyone who has been supportive to me and given good encouraging comments. i have been down in the dumps big time, so its been hard to try and be 'good' with food. ( darn that emotional eating ) it is so super to have people on here going through the same thing. i hope everyone else's day is going well!!

i feel like i'm eating a lot...too much actually. this always happens to me when i phase one :( i am trying my best to stick within the guidelines, so i know i'm being rediculous, yet i can't stop from beating myself up. Oh well, its gonna be ok ( i tell myself anyhow ) i'll weigh in a couple days and be reassured that i have indeed done a good job, but still...until then, i get mad at myself. go figure. hope the rest of you are doing good and feeling great

another day down, its going well. I did have a couple m&ms b/c today was a stressful day...i don't feel too hot today tho...seems like everyone around me is getting ill. might be my turn :/ oh well, we'll just see. sometimes i can't tell if its my body revolting a little about cutting out the carbs. i'm doubting it tho...i don't eat too much these days anyhow. Likely the flu *tear*

alrighty, day one, went ok i guess...hung out with a friend, so peer pressured into a little slip up ;) but it was ok, i didn't over do anything and it wasn't b/c i had a craving. so i'm not worried about the remainder of the week. looking forward to a weigh in at the end and see if this plan of mine is actually something worth keeping up...so far i think it is and would suggest it to anyone who has reached their goal. it allows you to live pretty normal for the month, reasonable food choices and portions...but then for the last week of the month - phase one :) i think its a splendid plan so far!

well i am going to stick with my plan of phase one-ing for this next week, doing it once a month and all ( b/c umm that attempt i made before going home ended up being a bit of a joke ). i think it'll be ok. my cousin is going on a trip in a weeks time, so she's gonna do it with me. we'll see. its just the first couple days that i struggle a bit, but i got lots of veggies and such, so its all good :)
