so i'm not fully done my week of phase one, but its still proving effective for me. I used to do it every 4-6 weeks, but now tend to do it maybe once every couple months. But i am remaining within my safety net and right around my goal weight. So once again, i do suggest that for people who have reached their goal weight but tend to find themselves eating more 'normal' ( aka : NOT south beach friendly ) that to phase one every so often, will help shed a couple pounds and get you back in the habit of eating healthy again!!! hope things are going well with you all!!!!

still sticking with doing phase one every so often....keeps me on my goal weight and keeps my eating on track too :) i totally suggest it for anyone who has reached their goal weight!!!

well i was a very bad girl for a couple weeks, vacationing and all :P but i have put forth a good effort this last week to try and get back on track and no real harm done. sadly the weather has been so poor out here...rainy :( so its not even easy to get out and be active so much. I have been working in my yard/garden when given the chance, so thats the extent of my 'exercise'. i have more company coming, so i'll continue my good eating for as long as i can b/c a houseful normally requires cooking cheaply, pasta and stuff like that. hope all is well with everyone else! its always so encouraging to see familiar faces consistently doing well, it such an encouragement to stay on track!!

doing pretty good, but i'm about to go to alberta for a week, then I have family coming to my place when i get home and then i'm out the door for another week...yikes, summer gets crazy here. So it'll be harder than usual to stick with it, but i never get too off track for too long. hope all are doing well!!!
