i really need to stick with this... my weight is getting out of control. its time to take action and do something about this! my goal is 1,000 calories a day with sunday as a cheat day. i cant just hope that this will work i have to MAKE it work.

It would be nice to have some support from others who are also trying to lose weight :) I'm trying to drop about 15 lbs before i go into the army. I'm hoping this will help me keep better track of how much I'm eating, what I'm eating, and the quality of those foods. Here goes nothin
