Really pleased west highland way. From Drymen, up and round Conic Hill, 330 metres, 23000 steps, to Balmaha. As they say in the song we could see for miles and miles. A wonderful view of Loch Lomond and its island's. I went with my husband, 4 of my children and 5 grandchildren. Fantastic day out.

So pleased. 25 days holiday. The last 7 in Italy visiting and eating out. The last meal out started at 1pm finished at 5pm. So many courses I lost count. I stuck to my rules. Plenty vegetables, protein, no potatoes, no rice, nothing made with flour, and lots of walking. No weight gain. No bloating. No abdominal pain. Feeling good. Yeah!
