Good day today, went to the gym right after work and had a productiv workout :)

ugh, Had a very long 2 1/2 hour ride to a meeting today, got home and I am way too exhausted to go to the gym......very disappointed :(

I really think entering my food intake is soooo superhelpful!! My secret is that I enter the food before I actually eat it, like tonights dinner I put cheesesteak and fries, but when I saw the calories, I took out the fries and bread, and instead I am still having my cheesesteak, but overtop of Japanese stir-fried veggies instead.....yum!!

Had a great gym work out, then went to the dr and found out I lost 2 pounds!! Go me!
