I’m starting intermittent fasting today.
If you’ve tried it please let me know how It went, and if you have any advice, I’m all ears.
I’m someone who loves eating a big breakfast first thing before my workout so I think this will be challenging for me,
still willing to give it a shot though especially because I usually just eat breakfast, say I’m going to workout and then procrastinate and end up not doing it. 😪
