Today, my friend Lindy and I went out to lunch. We ended up picking buffalo wild wings. However, I shouldn't be shocked when I added the calories on here to find that the meal kindof blew my calories for the day. We ended up having to split a 12 piece bonesless chicken wing because the smallest they come in is 8 piece. I know some days you blow your calories but its rough.
I also know my weakness is garlic bread- anytime I see it I have to eat it. We made pasta this evening and it was pretty tasty. I needed 3 slices of that damn garlic toast to go with.
I guess at the very least I did go to the gym today and that will make it so that I am negative calories for the day.
Tomorrow back on the weight loss bandwagon.
