Yay spent 55 mins on my adult kick scooter on smooth an bumpy concrete it was super fun an shocked when I looked at my polar watch to see I burn 444 cal so much better then jogging I love to feel the wind on my face as I zoom by :)

At 2pm I was starving , I was trying to wait till 4pm. But I failed lol. I ate 1/2 the naked taco bowl An was full I guess I wasn’t that hunger lol. I’m a faster eater lol An the type that stand in the kitchen. I’m trying to eat two bites then put plate down then eat to slow down
Ooooo I can’t Wait till morning I came up with a perfect idea I have the halo top ice cream (70 cal for 1/2 cup)I also have enlightenment chocolate ice cream (60 cal 1/2 cup)
I was thinking add half a cup ice cream in with my amazing grass protein and kale powder (150 cal) with pb fit peanut butter powder which is only 70 cal for 2 tablespoons lol mmmm yummy

I talked myself into going on hour kick scooter ride at night after I’m sweating like a pig. Sweat in my eyes lol An then I a kid made fun of me an his parents laugh I wanted to die
So I walk to 7/11 for Coke Zero I stop sweating but when I got to the front to pay I random start sweating water falls sigh
I should Botox my face an arm pit heck Botox my back . All this technology An there nothing to stop u from sweating lol
