Lost 5 pounds the first week!!!! 37 more to go. Went to superbowl party and DID NOT CHEAT!!! ate before we left and only had one slice of sara lee wheat bread for 45 calories. Placed the fat calipers near the deserts to discourage myself from "just one little bite" and it worked!!!!! Hope to keep it up, but Cant imagine 5 pounds a week being the norm.
