I’m a stress eater. All it took was was my dog swallowing a golf ball and sitting at the vet clinic for 4 hours for me to go straight to a carb loaded fast food place and eat twice my daily goals calorie amount. I finished the second half of a sandwich for breakfast as I’m back at the vet for follow up, but I’m refocusing now on trying to keep within my goals even with this setback just 2 days in.

There’s got to be a run-on sentence in there somewhere, but I’m too sleep deprived to look for it.
