30 yrs old, 5'10", following IIFYM, been keeping a food diary for about 6 years, almost all food consumed is cooked from scratch by me, mindset around eating is that food is to be used to improve physique or athletic performance.

2018 goal: build 26 lbs lbm, do not exceed 10% bf in the process

low carb potatoes
Of the calories you take in by eating regular potatoes, about 85-90% come from carbohydrates. Sunlite potatoes are about 82% carbohydrate. Decide for yourself if that is truly a low carb food. If it's net carbs that you are more concerned with, then a cauliflower mash is the perfect solution. Not only is cauliflower slightly lower carb (75%), but it is higher in fiber. Yay!
