Back at it again! Working with a personal trainer and a nutritionist. With the trainer for 4 weeks total and the nutritionist for 2 weeks total. Seeing good results already but my knees are killing me!

Okay, so I have to admit I am an emotional eater as well as a stress eater. I've let things going on in my life get the best of me but that all is about to change!

I've started a new diet and exercise program and hope to make a lot of positive changes in my life. I've got a lot going on right now and I need to do this for myself as well as my girls!
