I went to my friend's birthdya party surprise and ate
1 slice of taro cake
As you can imagine, it's got layers of cream...
I just couldn't do anything else but to eat everything up.
AND
this morning I gained 0.3 kg.
Too annoyed!
But I've known this thing would happen.
If I can just cut back my calorie intake for today,
my weight will drop off to 52 kg in a day or two
Okay, let's just head off to what I've eaten today
Breakfast
1 English Muffin
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
1 hard boiled egg
1 tbs caesar salad (fat free)
1 glass of mocha with full cream milk
Lunch
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
2 small pcs fried tofu
1/2 tennis ball sized mince beef with sweet and sour sauce
1/4 cup of veggie soup
Dinner
1 cup strawberry yoghurt

I've back on track starting today.
I've set a goal to lose 1 kg by 1 May.
To do this, I have several strategies:
- Never eat while standing next to the fridge
- Only put the things that I want to eat on the table, the rest have to be in the fridge
- Yoghurt for dinner
- Drink a lot of water to keep me hydrated
Today I ate:
Breakfast
1 English muffin
1 cheese slice
2 thick slices of tomato
1 steamed egg yolk
1 table spoon of condensed milk
1 apple
1 table spoon of peanut butter
1/2 table spoon of strawberry jam
2 tablespoon of hundreds and thousands
Lunch
1 custard bun
1 salmon onigiri
Dessert
1/2 cup strawberry yoghurt
1/2 pcs of chocolate chip cookies

Hi, it has been a long time since I last wrote a journal entry.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup frech vanilla yoghurt
1/2 bowl honeydew melon
Lunch:
1/2 cup french vanilla yoghurt
1/4 cup mozarella cheese
1 roasted eel sushi
1 crab inari (contains mayonnaise)
Dinner:
I dined at a Korean restaurant.
Didn't have rice
I ate 3 pcs chicken-wings-look-a-like
1/4 cup jap chae
1/4 cup of i-don't-know-the-name beef.
I'm trying to start my diet mode after 1 week of non-diet and non-exercise lifestyle!
