I am 34 yrs old from Johannesburg, South Africa.
Too much adversity in my life. Trying to get my feet back on the ground.
What I can control is my diet and exercise, so I'm putting in the effort.
I Started 10 weeks ago at 134 kg's.
Today at 121 kg's (26 Aug 2013). Past 3 weeks my weight has plateaued.
Training 6 times a week, mix of weights and cardio, at what is a high intensity to me.
I'm trying to eat clean, higher protein %, and trying to stick to super food groups.
Goal to reach 95 kg's.
(Aiming for 105kg's by 6 months)
