So I haven't bothered to even try to lose weight in a fair while. I've been down, and it seemed like I just kept on slipping further down. I don't handle stress well, and especially recently I've made some of the worst decision in my life.

I'm changing, and the first step is a decision. I've already decided to change, and I'm planning properly this time. A huge part of my challenge is in my mind, and so this time I'm ggoing to start training my mind as well. I'm going to include meditation as part of my body / mind transformation, because if my mind isn't in to it, how can my body be?

This week, I'm trying to cut out all un-necessary drinks (including coffee, god help me). Water isn't a drink I'm excited to have, but I have to stop thinking that I should be excited about a bottle full of sugar.
