3 More pounds gone this week! I'm finally down one pants size and feel so good. I didn't get tot exercise as much as I was last week so I really didn't think I would have lost 3. I'm getting really excited!

Does anybody know if nuts are okay to eat in phase 2 of fat smash? Also, I am really encouraged because even though the scale isn't going down as fast as I'd like it to, my pants are starting to fit really loose. I am definitely losing inches! Thanks for everyone's encouragement last week, I stuck with it and it's proving a good decision.

I am really trying not to be disappointed. I just finished phase 1 and only lost 3 pounds. I followed it completely by the book and really expected to lose 5 pounds. Is three pounds normal or am I right that I should have lost more? Either way, I guess any amount is better than none, right? Also, can anyone recommend a good at-home exercise regimen? I've been considering Turbo Jam and Slim in 6, but I don't really know which program is more effective.
