Have a zero point meal in slow cooker. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks with zero point dip. Today will be good. Hope yours is too! 🥂

16 hour fast. Breakfast. Chores. Have 1000 calories left to go. Eating out tonight. Will makes good choices. Doing good today. Hope everyone is having a great day too. 🥂

After a 26 hour fast, packet of plain tuna, Fage greek yogurt instead of mayo, spring mix and sliced pickles. Wasn't hungry all day, to my surprise! Went with it. Still not hungry, just had to have something cause I knew it had been too long since last meal. Feeling good. Have a cucumber for later if I need it. Love cucs! 😀

4 pieces of raisin toast with butter, glass of skim milk and coffee after 16 hour fast for the day. That will be my daily. Not sure what tomorrow will bring but have shppoing list ready. Surprisingly, feel ok, not hungry. Will tackle tomorrow, tomorrow. Will be happy to weigh Thursday with 1 lb. lost or at least not a gain.
