Don't ever go on a ketogenic diet. You will likely eventually gain weight. Also, my worse temptation is at night at home. So always have a clear meal plan for dinner. Exercising is also a hard thing to keep up. Just make it a routine thing.

Went away on vacation and gained 10 lbs from eating carbs all day (everyday). Now working on losing the tummy and re-gaining the six pack abs I had. :)
