My First Day
Well, today is my first official day. I've stayed below my calorie intake limits so far and I bought a pedometer yesterday to begin walking 10,000 steps a day for exercise and for a challenge I joined. It all started off easy but I'm getting a really bad headache and my neck is stiff from the 2 push ups I managed to do last night (I also joined the hundred push ups challenge). I really want to do well at this but I am just flabbergasted at how many calories are in even the smallest little portions of foods that I like to eat. I have really bad eating habits anyway. I don't eat breakfast, I snack throughout the day, I drink 1-2 20oz Mountain Dews daily and I eat a lot at night before bed. And apparently the things I do eat are terrible for me! It took me 20 min of researching Subway to figure out what to eat for lunch today. I'm desperate to lose this weight and to start feeling good again. I know this is just a starting point but it's already hard. Confused
