Reached my tenth day without soft drinks, probably the first time in 20 yrs.
Drinking more water daily, 5 Litres a day.
No longer a coke addict !

realizing fat is important in daily intake (healthy fats only)
Trying more fat % than carbs, and protein as the majority .
Increasing exercise this week too.11 days no soft drinks!
