I've yo-yo'ed with my weight drastically the last few years. Starting a new chapter in my life this spring (2017) and need to be mentally, physically, and spiritually ready so I'm starting off with a low carb diet, meditation, and graduate studies. Could use all the encouragement I can get... Very excited to begin this journey!
