1 long walk, 30 minutes swimming, sauna and steam room. Finally lost some weight, but sure a good bit is dehydration??

Ate less, exercised more and gained .4 lbs. All I can figure is swelling/edema increasing water weight. Did 2 long walks, and swam 16 laps in the pool. Just have to keep going.

I'm really at a loss. I got a new scale, and somehow my weight is increasing?? not sure exactly why. 1000-1100 calories a day. Should at least be holding steady, not gaining.
