I need to get skinny for a concert in August.
I'm working my way up to real push-ups because I have zero upper arm strength. I want to be able to pump my fists at a Royal Blood concert without looking like a flabby fool.
As of late I normally skip breakfast, skip lunch/very light lunch, then eat just enough to take my Lithium. But sometimes I eat too much, I don't have good willpower.
I have a little over a month to lose as much weight as possible. Lmao.

I went camping, I was worried, cos I couldn't count calories but I didn't gain a single pound -u-
Trying the Skinny Girl Diet again now, enjoying the feeling of an empty belly.
