For christ's sake I BINGED AGAIN.
i remembered what i had wished but well, i still felt a strong determination to have that lovely chicken bread.
going to the gym tomorrow. hope things will get better soon. I'm trying to adjust carb and increase protein.
Somebody help me, i can't help but drop the hula hoop to my toes. i wish i could hoop it :(

feel so stupid after eating way too much. well, i can never resist the temptation of lovely desserts or snacks.
just baked some choc cookies. Gonna get up early and prepare myself some healthy food so that i won't get any chance to binge tomorrow. get ready for a healthy week !!
CHALLENGES THIS WEEK
-NO BREAD including lotte, burgers, banh mi ga, banh mi pate or anything like those
-No soft drinks -.-
-Eat more protein.
-At least 600 ml milk a day
-At least 1 litre water a day

Starting my Atkins diet tomorrow. It's never too late rite?
I promise today is the last day i binge. From now on, I only eat when necessary.
