It has been a day and I am noticing changing in my body already. My fingers are less swollen and I am no longer waking up with a dry mouth in the morning. My hair feels healthier and the white part of eyes appears clearer today than previous days. Having a supportive family is a great help. I am starting the Couch to 5K program at the start of the year along with the diet change. Anyone have any tips for good body fat burning exercise programs?

I, along with several members of my family are undertaking a complete lifestyle change. This will be difficult but I can tell we are following generational footsteps in obesity. Our lives are changing for the better.

I found out today that I am considered morbidly obese due to my body fat percentage. Going from a three sport athlete in high school to what I am now used to break my heart but I now understand I have to love myself in order to help myself. I WILL lose this weight so I can be healthy again.
