Had a sudden death in the family recently. Completely threw diet, exercise, sleep schedule and everything else out the window. That and the flooding where I work out so I couldn't do my usual routine for three weeks. So I don't know if the drop is from stress or if I did better than I thought I did. Life goes on so now it's time to hop back on the wagon.

Weigh-in: 151.8 lb

lost so far: 8.2 lb

still to go: 6.8 lb

Diet followed poorly

Kind of afraid to step on the scale after going on vacation for a week with the family. Did not eat as badly as I could have but definitely had more than I should have... Well, it's a new week to get back into the swing of things. :)

A little drop at least. Progress is going much slower than I would have liked but it's progress nonetheless so I won't argue with it. :)
