I am not going to weigh myself until my birthday. So until then I'll just keep eating right and exercising. I think that if I set my exercise time at 9PM instead of trying to exercise before school or in the late afternoon that I'll stick to it more.

I got off track due to stress and lack of sleep, but I'm back on now. I have one bad day and off the wagon I go...I'm so fed up with this cycle.

Today I had my monthly fast food treat, and I have now switched my RDI to 2000 until I lose 45 more pounds. Since I am exercising, I think I should eat a little more than 1800 calories given my weight.

Hello,
My fat girl story is a very typical. I have been overweight since elementary school, and today at 5'5" I weigh 320 lbs. Growing up my mother tried to get me to lose weight unsuccessfully. When I was 10 or 11 she put me on a SlimFast diet, and all it did was make me overeat afterwards. In middle school, I couldn't figure out how to lose weight, and I didn't have very much support which left me depressed. My freshman year of high school was miserable because I tried all year long to lose weight but never did. I didn't set realistic goals and made drastic changes, so I never got any permanent results. Weight Watchers was a bust as well. By the time I graduated, I weighed over 300 lbs.
I am 23 today, and I have already lost 5 lbs since I began exercising and eating healthy. Keeping track of my progress and staying on track are my reasons for joining this fatsecret.
115 lbs. is my ultimate goal weight, and I plan to lose 205 pounds in 2 years. I don't bother with setting a goal size because every brand is different, so I figure why bother. My focus has shifted from appearance to health. This shift in attitude is why I believe I will be successful this time around.

I just weighed my self because I realized that it's been about two weeks since and I've probably lost some weight :P.
