Tired this morning but so proud that I got out of bed, put on my shoes and headed out the door for some morning exercise. Feeling less 'flabby" today! Just proud of my week to date :)

Day two - waking up easier this week, and waking up just before alarm so body feeling much better. performed my exercise although trying not to be disappointed with my lack of fitness and strength. Keep reminding myself that I need to accept where I am and work each day to bring my fitness and strength back. I am magnificent

Day 0ne for 30day Shred _ it was not pretty but I did my first session with JM ! I cant believe I've let myself get to this state of unfit and overweight but each day I am turning all of that around - inch by inch and gram by gram. i am magnificent
