I'm feeling lost, I really have no clue what I am doing. I work from home so have my day to plan whatever exercise and pay close attention to my eating. I have gotten yoga dvds, zumba, and a few exercise dvds. I'm still pretty clueless on how much to do, I mean if you read my exercise or food entries, they are all true. I literally went from no exercise to busted my butt today, how much is to much and when should I be doing these? Do I do it all at once in a day or start in the morning and pace thru the day???? someone please help me!!!!!!

today starts my 6 week challenge and also my change in life, with diet and exercise. I'm excited and motivated to see my changes over the next few weeks.
