I need to work on recording my food. I usually get my breakfast down, but that's it. Honestly, I just don't think about it during the day. I'm really going to make an effort though to keep track of all my food.

We're having my son's birthday party today (He's a new year baby). We're grilling, so I'm not to worried, but there will be chips and pop, and of course cake. Then later in the month is my daughters birthday, my anniversary, and my nephews birthday. All these celebrations that center on good food!

Happy New Years! I spent last night with the kiddos and my sister and her gf. It was a lot of fun. I'm ready for this new year. Last year was good, but this year I want to look back on it in December and be proud of how far I've come in my weight loss journey.

Wow! What a mess this last week was with food. The first day of eating the large meal was great. I really enjoyed myself, but by day 4 I just felt gross. I actually made myself sick, which is embarrassing to admit, but I feel its the only way to take accountability of my actions. Yesterday was a good day of eating though, and I plan to carry this through to the new year. I have not been taking care of myself for many years, and I'm tired of that.
