i just realize that i have bad health issue, due to i already has typhus 3 times. for real. and i want to join a fitness center but im still not sure whether its okay for me, coz i can't get too tired or i'll get sick. or maybe im gonna stick for jogging every morning. if only is not too hard for me to wake up early. ugh :(
what are you guys suggest???

oh wow. im back to fatsecret, after about.. 2 years. duh.
and i gained like, 4 kg, eversince :(
so, im thinking of changing my diet style, i've been on south beach, but.. idk, i want to choose another, find the more suitable diet for me.
so, i live in indonesia, and in here, our main food is rice. we eat it everyday, yes, 3 times a day.
please, do you have any suggestion on which diet program i should follow according to my eat habit? idk, i really didn't mind trying something new.
anyway, glad to be back.
