okay, I have tried a variety of recipes from the weight watcher's cookbook and realize that the foods are flavorful and realistic! I also know that lean cuisines are accepted on the program - yeah!! Next step is to figure out my personal points (how?). hopefully, someone will respond to my message with help on that. AFter that, I need a buddy so I will continue to treadmill it. I have a plan!!
