wow I woke up this morning like 5 lbs light then I was yesterday probably water weight, but it still feels good to see such BIG change on the scale. I feel pretty good today, but hey it's still early. I have worked out for the last 2 days and I do have more energy so that is good.

Well I really feel as if things are going ok. It is hard for me right now simply because my whole world has fallen apart and I am trying to pick up the pieces while trying to lose weight. Hopefully, if I am taking care of my body my mind will calm down a bit. I figure that by really taking care of myself I am setting myself to be a little more successful in the other aspects of my life.

Ok well I know that this is going to be a challenge but I also know that I need to challenge myself to some extent. I am scared because it seems that everytime I start a diet I am instantly more hungry. I just need to keep busy, because I tend to think about it more when I am bored.
