On the 24th, i know I went over my calorie intake. I had steak, a salad, a potato, a few strawberries, whip cream and angel food cake. I ate so much because we were at ben's house. I always eat too much when I am there!!!!!

For dinner, I had a chicken quesadilla with Mexican rice and lettuce and tomatoes. I also had a little bit of salsa and queso. It was so yummy and I had about 1200 calories to spare, so I am sure I fell in that area!

I'm not really sure how to calculate my food for tonight's dinner. We ate at Ben's house and had roast beef, mac and cheese (2 servings), a biscuit, broccoli, green beans, baby carrots (cooked) and mashed potatoes. I ate a smaller portion than usual, though.
