well im up, but with this weekend that wad expected plus i didnt record should defibitely get back on track

I dropped a lot of weight. I was on my period before though so it could just be water weight, but since i havent really even been dieting i am glad that i have dropped a few plus i think i weighed myself fter eating or whatever.

263.5 lb

6.5 lb
still to go:
68.5 lb

I am over again. I thought since I made my own breakfast I would be fine, but then around lunch I got lazy, and I decided I would make frozen pizza. That is where the day went down hill. I suddenly got the urge to make brownies. That didn't help much either. They were delicious though. I managed to only eat the dough that came out while I was cutting the brownies, and then I ate way way way too much at dinner. I did split my entree which probably saved me quite a few calories, but still I ate too much bread. I only went over by 5% so I am getting closer to making the RDI we will see what tomorrow brings I guess.

I did it again. This time I knew it was coming though. I ate way too much ate breakfast, and then again at lunch. I managed a small dinner, but I had nearly no calories left. I know I can't beat myself up about it, but what can I do when I go out with my family or there is a home cooked meal waiting for me. I have to eat it. I like it better when I cook though. First off I get to choose what I want, and second off I get to keep track of the calories. I hope I get on track today.

Ok So I have lost two pounds. Which might not even be correct. I mean I just ate, but I think I first weighed myself at night. Plus I was on my period. Anyway, I need to follow my diet plan better because I am eating almost ten percent over everyday, but my family did just leave, so hopefully things can go back to normal.
