Very nice response!! @Kishlette, that is the best advice ever! I used a program similar to Slim4Life and it teaches you how to eat small meals throughout the day while making healthy choices. I do not recommend replacing mood than 1 meal a day with a shake. Your body needs the fiber for digestion and weight loss. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, ONLY water throughout the day. A good Maintenance program is the key to keeping the weight off!! Best of luck! 😉
