Fell off the wagon big time - no recording of food, two week vacation and just plain laziness. Time to get with it again. My weight chart shows a dip a while back, but that was a broken scale. This time I intend to make it real. Big lesson, if you don't buy it you cannot eat it. Who really gets a box of cookies and eats one a day? Not me! I will look for some challenges for an 80 year old lady with mobility problems. Any ideas?

I have been ignoring my food intake for a while, but a visit with my cardiologist has put me back on track. Several problems can be helped by losing weight. It will be easy to get back in the grove if I just consider the alternative.
