I ate great all day, then night came and it was chocolate, chocolate, more chocolate! GR! I ate like 1000 calories in chocolate. Today will be better, plus I'm going to the gym in one hour. Better get some breakfast!

Just had 2 soft boiled eggs, and like 4-6 oz of v8.. yuck.. but the eggs were good! Took a BEHOT pack and now off to the gym to kick Jenn's ass. or she will kick mine.. who knows! Gotta get ready, need to be there in 15!

Today at the gym:
30 minutes on black elliptical, 2.6 miles on HILL CLIMB setting. burned 360 calories, this was very hard. Did levels anywhere between 6 and 15. My heart rate was anywhere between 165 and 190.
Shoulders:
Chest Press: 2 sets x 12 reps @ 40lbs
Butterfly: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Arm Curls: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 15 lbs
Tricep Pushdown: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 90 lbs
Shoulder press: 2 sets x 10 reps @ 20 lbs
Lat Row chest: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Lat Row back: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Lat Row front row: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Glute: 3 sets x 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Weight: 175.4
