Day 2- Here we go. I can do this. "Dont let my mood eat my food" I need to remember, I dont NEED chocolate, I just want it. I am on my period and I feel like I need it but its ok, Ill get through it.

Well, I made it through the day just fine and stayed within my points. I find that when I get stressed I turn to food and i need to untrain my brain to not do that. Im just typing away dreaming about some m & m's lol

Today is the day that I take control of my life. No more excuses. I will lose weight and I will be healthy. I believe that my health problems are because of my weight and I am done. I need to live for my daughter and my mother.
