Hello. I'm Rhonda Dee. I am 49 years old. I am coming up on my 50th birthday and I want to start taking steps to improve my health by dropping weight and getting into better shape. I sit for my job (I work in IT, and sit at a computer from 8am-5pm). I want to get up and walk, and be more active and be more responsible with my eating habits. I'm pre-diabetic, so I am cutting out most all sugars, and carbs, and avoiding processed foods. I'm a foodie, so this is a big change for me, and so far I am loving it! I still get to eat foods I love, and I am hoping to eat more responsibly (smaller portions) and that's what I am working on now. I also gave up beer, which I barely just started to drink in 2018, and only on occasion. Thank god I wasn't addicted to that! Too many carbs and sugars!
