I did pretty good yesterday staying on track with my food. I did slip and have one chocolate chip cookie with pecans. Felt guilty about it, but it was sooooo good. I did get on the treadmill and walk briskly for 45 minutes and that made me feel even better.

I'm starting my new journey today. I realize that I may not hit my goal weight by August 31st. My first goal is to drop two dress sizes by that time and to feel better mentally and physically.
