Today i actually ate pretty good! Wow! Eggs and Bacon Taquitos, Steaks, Green Beans, a few rolls and an opti-meal strawberry shake. Other than the rolls, tortillas, and Dr. Pepper i did alright! I think...

I'm currently 156 l;bs, i believe. I know that the scale is just one means of tracking your weightloss. When i look in the mirror , for the most part and after just 1 week, my stomach looks flatter and because i normally suffer from IBS (irratable bowel syndrome ....i dont poop but once every week or so) i seem to be more "regular".
I kinda crapped out on this week's Core Synergistics workout. I did maybe 7/8 of it. I do , however , have the Calorie Counter App for my G1 and it has helped me TONS! It's how i came accross this website. I'm afraid to weigh in cause i know the needle won't move or it might even go up so i'll wait til my 2nd week is over which is next Monday. God, i hope i can at least lose 2 lbs in two weeks!
