Slacking on noting food and journal entries. Have had a couple of very busy days but need to take time for me. Haven't been eating the greatest, but today is a new day and I will not give up. I need to stay away from fast food. Ugh!!

Saw my nutritionist yesterday. One goal I have is to incorporate some organized exercise in my daily routine. I have to be careful though as I broke my my back in 2012 and it still gets sore from time to time. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't have the money to join a gym so it would have to be something I could do at home.

Did well yesterday. Today, so far so good. I've decided to try switching slowly over to flavored water. I'm addicted to diet soda and have been since I was a teen. So, I bought those drops you put in your water with caffeine (so I don't have caffeine withdraws). Slowly but surely I hope to get off soda all together. Go me!

Ate everything in sight. Ugh! Really disappointed in myself. As I ate, I knew I was overeating but didn't stop. Why do I do this to myself. Well, today is another day. Going to follow meal plan. I can do this!
